Services

One team from the specification to the delivery note

Sourcing, freight, inspection and documentation are handled together rather than passed between parties. That is what allows a single point of contact to actually answer for a shipment.

Sourcing & Procurement

We find the manufacturer, negotiate the terms and hold them to the specification.

Most buyers do not have a sourcing problem — they have a verification problem. Anyone can find a factory; the work is confirming it can actually produce to specification, at volume, on a date. We do that work before a purchase order exists, and we do it against a written specification rather than a conversation.

Included

  • Supplier identification, vetting and capacity checks
  • Costed options against a written specification
  • Commercial negotiation and contract terms
  • Sample approval and pre-production sign-off
  • Supplier contracting and order placement
02

Logistics & Delivery

Freight, customs and delivery scheduled backwards from the date the goods are needed.

Regular volume gives us standing arrangements with freight and transport partners, and those terms pass through to the buyers we work with. More importantly, we schedule against the date goods are needed on site or on shelf — not against the date a container happens to fill.

Included

  • Sea, road and multimodal freight
  • Consolidation and LCL for mixed orders
  • Export documentation and customs clearance
  • Warehousing and scheduled call-off
  • Delivery to site, depot or distribution centre
03

Quality & Compliance

Inspection, documentation and traceability, so goods clear customs and satisfy buyers.

A shipment that cannot be documented is a shipment that cannot be sold. We treat certification, labelling and batch traceability as part of the product specification, verified before goods leave origin rather than discovered at a border.

Included

  • Pre-shipment inspection and quality control
  • Certification and conformity documentation
  • Market-specific labelling and packaging review
  • Batch traceability and provenance records
  • Claims handling and supplier remediation

Agency & Market Representation

We act as your commercial presence in markets where you do not have one.

For manufacturers and brand owners entering a new market, and for buyers sourcing from one, a trading agent removes the cost of standing up a local entity. We represent the commercial interest, run the relationships and report back — under a defined mandate with defined limits.

Included

  • Buyer and distributor introductions
  • Commercial representation under mandate
  • Market and pricing intelligence
  • Contract negotiation support
  • Marketing and channel development

How we work

Five steps, agreed in writing

Trade goes wrong in the gaps between assumptions. We close those gaps before production starts, not after a container has already sailed.

  1. 01

    Brief

You tell us the specification, the volume, the target landed cost and the date. If any of those four are still open, we help you close them.

  2. 02

    Sourcing

We go to the manufacturers and platforms we already work with, verify capacity, and come back with costed options — not a single take-it-or-leave-it quote.

  3. 03

    Agreement

Specification, incoterms, payment terms, inspection points and delivery schedule are fixed in writing before production starts.

  4. 04

    Production & control

We hold the supplier to the specification while the goods are made, inspect before shipment, and assemble the documentation the shipment will need to clear.

  5. 05

    Delivery

Freight, customs and final delivery run against the agreed schedule, with a single point of contact for the whole movement.

Bring us a specification, a volume and a date

We will confirm whether we can meet it — and what it lands at — before anyone commits to anything.
