Who we are
A trading company, not a directory of suppliers
Martsym Trade Ltd was incorporated in England & Wales on 19 September 2024 to bring several strands of wholesale trading activity under one UK company. The purpose was practical: buyers running volume across more than one product category were carrying the cost of four supplier relationships, four sets of terms and four sets of paperwork to do what should be one account. We trade; we do not manufacture.
We hold direct relationships with manufacturers and with established wholesale platforms. That matters for two reasons. The obvious one is price: every intermediary removed is margin that returns to the buyer. The less obvious one is accountability — when a specification slips or a date moves, we are talking to the party who can actually fix it rather than relaying messages down a chain.
We keep watch on the categories we trade in and adjust the range as demand moves. Partners are not buying from a fixed catalogue; they are buying a sourcing capability that can be pointed at a requirement. Where a preferred line stops being competitive, we find the equivalent that is.
Alongside supply, our team supports partners on the parts of a transaction that sit outside the goods themselves — contractual terms, logistics arrangements, export documentation and market entry. For manufacturers and brand owners, we also act as a commercial representative in markets where standing up a local entity is not justified.
How we operate
Four commitments we hold to on every order
- Direct relationships
- We deal with manufacturers and established wholesale platforms directly. Every intermediary removed is margin returned to the buyer, and one less party who can change the story when something goes wrong.
- Documented provenance
- Every shipment can be evidenced — origin, batch, certification and chain of custody. It is what separates a supplier a compliance team will approve from one it will not.
- Schedules, not estimates
- We plan backwards from the date goods are needed. A quoted lead time that ignores the buyer's own programme is not a commitment, it is a guess.
- One accountable contact
- Multi-category orders should not mean multiple account managers. One relationship carries the specification, the schedule and the problem if there is one.
How we work
Five steps, agreed in writing
Trade goes wrong in the gaps between assumptions. We close those gaps before production starts, not after a container has already sailed.
- 01
Brief
You tell us the specification, the volume, the target landed cost and the date. If any of those four are still open, we help you close them.
- 02
Sourcing
We go to the manufacturers and platforms we already work with, verify capacity, and come back with costed options — not a single take-it-or-leave-it quote.
- 03
Agreement
Specification, incoterms, payment terms, inspection points and delivery schedule are fixed in writing before production starts.
- 04
Production & control
We hold the supplier to the specification while the goods are made, inspect before shipment, and assemble the documentation the shipment will need to clear.
- 05
Delivery
Freight, customs and final delivery run against the agreed schedule, with a single point of contact for the whole movement.

Bring us a specification, a volume and a date
We will confirm whether we can meet it — and what it lands at — before anyone commits to anything.
